📄️ 2) X-linked inheritance
A case example demonstrating how to perform an X-linked analysis.
📄️ 3) Two phenotypes
An example with two phenotypes in a consanguineous family.
📄️ 4) Breast cancer and BRCA1

note
The results of all these cases assume a rare variant frequency in the population of 0.001 (0.1%).
